Whether you're trying a class for the first time, or returning to the mat for a more regular practise - Yoga Up classes are tailored for all levels.

Hot yoga aids detoxification of the body, it is strengthening, and the heat aids flexibility more and can prevent injuries. It also aids focus and concentration, and reduces stress - aiding hormonal balance and boosting your mental health!

All classes are vinyasa flow in style, and include breathwork, meditation and the physical asana practise. They are hosted  by Cat Teague, who trained in India, and has been teaching for several years around the UK.

 

Come along to  create space for yourself, move mindfully, and refresh, and align your body and mind.

Yoga Schedule 


Yoga Up is based in Manchester, and is run by Cat Teague. Regular hot yoga classes are at Chorlton Health Hub. All other styles of classes such as vinyasa flow, corporate yoga, yin yoga, pregnancy, and 121 yoga tuition can be catered for groups, events, classes, and workshops.
