Service Description
Pregnancy yoga can be a wonderful way for expectant mothers to stay active, reduce stress, and prepare for childbirth. Key things we will cover: 1. Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) for calm and birthing 2. Gentle Yoga Poses (Asanas): - Modified poses to accommodate the changing body and ensure safety. - Emphasis on poses that strengthen the pelvic floor, improve circulation, and relieve common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling. 3. Meditation and Mindfulness, and hypnobirthing techniques: - Practices to foster a calm and focused mind, reducing anxiety and preparing mentally for childbirth. 4. Community and Support: - Opportunities to connect with other pregnant women, sharing experiences and building a supportive network.
