Hot yoga aids detoxification of the body, it is strengthening, and the heat aids flexibility more and can prevent injuries. It also aids focus and concentration, and reduces stress - aiding hormonal balance and boosting your mental health!
All classes are vinyasa flow in style, and include breathwork, meditation and the physical asana practise. They are hosted by Cat Teague, who trained in India, and has been teaching for several years around the UK.
