Healthy Minds | Healthy Bodies
"There is nothing like witnessing the transformation that takes place when people begin their yoga and wellness journey. From better posture to improved mental health, yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect to ourselves without distraction or interruption, and discover more about our minds and bodies. It provides us with tools to help us deal with whatever life throws at us more mindfully and calmly. Ultimately, you don't leave yoga with just with an improved physique or mind, you leave with something to take with you, off the mat and into the rest of your life", Cat Teague.
"The approach by Cat is just what I wanted out of a yoga class, a nice balance of focus on the physical moves along with the mindfulness that yoga can bring. There is no pressure to have to be an amazing yogi, she is accommodating of all abilities. I always come away from class feeling relaxed and refreshed", Kate.
"I had only tried yoga once and had found it quite boring/awkward before I came across Cat's classes, I started out going to Cat's Friday morning class and it was the best way to wind down from the week before the weekend! Now I go to Cat's hot yoga every Tuesday and it's been great for de-stressing from work and relaxing. Highly recommend!", Amy.
"I really have enjoyed returning to Cat's classes. I see differences in my body after sitting all day at work. The classes release all the stiffness and it continues the following day in the office. And it benefits in my running. I’m training for a 10k run and got stuck at 6k. The class on breathing techniques helped me increase my stamina and now I’m hitting the 7k mark thru using your ujayii breath. Fabulous!", Anisah.
