About

Yoga Up is run by Cat Teague, a 200 hour ashtanaga vinyasa yoga teacher. Cat trained in India. She has worked for multiple gyms and studios in the UK including since 2016. Her background was in fitness, before going on to work in media and communications for several years. Cat then decided it was time to invest in her wellness in her late 20's after a period of poor health, which started a whole new chapter of discovering more about the breath, mind and the body!

Since then Cat has went on to train in pre and post natal yoga after becoming a mum. Providing 121 classes and group classes for mums and babies in yoga and fitness. After this Cat went on to train as a personal trainer, helping people to access fitness and keep it in their lives to improve their health.  Cat's yoga classes are a mixture of hot yoga, dynamic vinyasa and slow flow. Cat teaches all kinds of people and bodies, and enjoys helping people discover more about themselves through yoga and improving health.

Terms and Conditions of class passes

All class passes can be used in person. Class passes are redeemable within 3 months and cannot be transferred to another person. If you are likely to be away on any dates a course or if you have a class pass, and will be away for an extended period of time - please get in touch to arrange a 'freeze' or swap of dates. Passes can be purchased for other people. Just email the name of person it is for to our contact address. All passes and class purchases are non-refundable.
